Gracious Professionalism
Sharing is a big part of the FIRST experience. It is called Gracious Professionalism. It embodies a spirit of selflessness which is a trait that should be nurtured in people of all ages. At Fenger Academy, we ask three questions to insure Gracious Professionalism.
1. If it is the truth, is it fair to all concerned,
2. Will it build good and better frienships, and
3. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

This is the creed that The Southside Surgeons live by.
